Image, Maintenance and Management as a response action deploys the sense of owned space that creates an environment which is safe. One of the projects that uses this response is the Operation Zap It! from the city of Plymouth. They conducted this project to tackle fly-posting and graffiti, mainly to improve the image, cleanliness and commercial attractiveness of their public spaces.
